Sony Pictures Animation has released a behind-the-scenes featurette for Genndy Tartakovsky's upcoming film Popeye (2016). The film is based on screenplays by David Ronn (Zookeeper, The Smurfs) and Jay Scherick (The Smurfs, The Smurfs 2).
The upcoming film will chronicle the adventures of Popeye the Sailor Man, the strongest seafaring sea dog ever to sail the Seven Seas.
