Universal Pictures has approached director Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon to make another Jason Bourne film. According to Deadline, which broke the news, Universal is already negotiating deals with the duo.
At the moment there are no details about the plot of the upcoming film, but Universal is apparently eager to have it in theaters in July 2016.
Thus far, Damon has appeared in three Bourne films: Doug Liman's The Bourne Identity, and Greengrass' The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum. In the United States, all three are currently available on Blu-ray courtesy of Universal Studios Home Entertainment. Please click on the links to see our listings and reviews of these releases.
