Sony Pictures is set to produce a reboot of Jim Gillespie's horror hit I Know What You Did Last Summer. According to preliminary reports, Sony Pictures will attempt to have the film completed by 2016.
The reboot will be written and produced by writer/director Mike Flanagan (Oculus) and partner Jeff Howard. It will be produced by Neal Moritz (Fast and Furious franchise).
In the United States, Gillespie's film is already out on Blu-ray courtesy of Sony Pictures home Entertainment. Mill Creek Entertainment is also re-releasing the film on Blu-ray on September 30th.
