Focus Features and Universal Studios Home Entertainment have announced the Blu-ray release of director Zach Braff's
Wish I Was Here. Co-written with his brother Adam, the dramatic comedy stars Braff, Kate Hudson, Joey King, Mandy Patinkin, Josh Gad and Ashley Greene, and arrives via Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD combo pack on October 28th.
Synopsis:
Wish I Was Here tells the story of Aidan Bloom, a struggling actor, father and husband who, at 35, is still trying to find his identity. A purpose for his life. Trying to home school his two children when his father can no longer afford to pay for private education and the only available public school is on its last legs, Aidan teaches them about life and gradually discovers parts of himself he hadn't been able to find.
The Blu-ray release of
Wish I Was Here is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Special features include:
