PBS Direct is set to release
Downton Abbey: Season 5 on Blu-ray early next year. The fifth season of the popular period series features two new cast members, Richard E. Grant and Anna Chancellor, and returning stars Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, Michelle Dockery, Elizabeth McGovern, Jim Carter, Penelope Wilton, Phyllis Logan, Samantha Bond, Laura Carmichael, Lily James, Allen Leech, Brendan Coyle, Joanne Froggatt, Lesley Nicol, Sophie McShera, Rob James-Collier, Ed Speleers, Kevin Doyle, Raquel Cassidy, David Robb, Tom Cullen, Julian Ovenden, Daisy Lewis, Douglas Reith, Jeremy Swift and Andrew Scarborough.
Downton Abbey: Season 5 arrives on Blu-ray on January 27, 2015. Amazon is already accepting pre-orders.

The Blu-ray release of
Season 5 is presented in 1080p with a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 track. Special features have yet to be revealed.
