BBC Home Entertainment is bringing
Doctor Who: Deep Breath to Blu-ray. The first full adventure of Peter Capaldi's 12th Doctor debuts on BBC America on August 23rd, is being released in theaters for a limited engagement beginning August 25th, and arrives on Blu-ray two weeks later, on September 9th.
Synopsis: Directed by acclaimed director Ben Wheatley and written by lead writer and executive producer Steven Moffat, the beginning of the Twelfth Doctor's era stars Peter Capaldi as the Doctor, Jenna Coleman as his companion Clara Oswald, and sees the return of fan favorites the Paternoster Gang -- Madame Vastra (Neve McIntosh), Jenny Flint (Catrin Stewart) and Strax (Dan Starkey) -- in a pulse-racing jaunt through Victorian London.
