Fox Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the Timur Bekmambetov films '
Night Watch' and '
Day Watch' to Blu-ray on September 9th. Bekmambetov is currently taking Hollywood by storm with his current theatrical hit, 'Wanted'. Interestingly enough, both films will feature the original Russian language track in Dolby TrueHD instead of Fox's usual DTS-HD Master Audio.
'Night Watch' will be presented on a BD-50 with 1.85:1 1080p AVC video accompanied by 5.1 Russian and English Dolby TrueHD soundtracks. 'Day Watch' will also come on a BD-50, but with 2.35:1 1080p AVC video accompanied by a 5.1 Russian soundtrack in Dolby TrueHD and the 5.1 English soundtrack in DTS-HD Master Audio.
