20th Century Fox has released a final full-length trailer for director Matt Reeves'
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, starring Andy Serkis, Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Keri Russell and Judy Greer. The sequel to Rupert Wyatt's
Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), and is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on July 11th.
Synopsis: A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar (Serkis) is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is directed by Matt Reeves, produced by Peter Chernin, Dylan Clark, Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, and written by Jaffa, Silver and Mark Bomback.
