British distributors Eureka Entertainment have revealed that they are planning to release on Blu-ray John Guillermin's film
Rapture (1965), starring Melvyn Douglas, Patricia Gozzi, Dean Stockwell, Peter Sallis, Sylvia Kay, and Leslie Sands. The release is expected to arrive on the UK market later this year.
Synopsis: Agnes, a lonely teenage girl, and her father befriend an escaped convict, named Joseph, who arrives at their farm in Brittany, France. When Joseph develops an attraction to Agnes, her father threatens to break up the union. (Synopsis courtesy of IMDB).
