Universal Studios Home Entertainment has revealed the specs for the upcoming Blu-ray releases of '
Heroes: Season One' and '
Heroes: Season Two', both due to hit store shelves on August 26th. The popular TV series will get the full high definition treatment, with video being presented in 1.78:1 1080p accompanied by a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.
Season One has been reduced from seven discs for the HD DVD release to five. This is because some special features, such as "Genetics Test" and "Mind Reader" games, have been removed, but also due to Blu-ray's larger storage space. The special features are as follows:
