Tokyo Shock and Allegro Video are bringing two classic
Godzilla films to Blu-ray this summer:
Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973) and
Destroy All Monsters (1968).
Godzilla vs. Megalon is making its Blu-ray debut, while
Destroy All Monsters is making its return, having originally been released by Media Blasters in 2011. Both titles street on July 22nd.
Godzilla vs. Megalon: A recent underground nuclear test threatens the lost civilization of Seatopia, so they send their monster Megalon to punish humanity. Along with a robot named Jet Jaguar, Godzilla must stop this fearsome beast and his ally from space, Gigan, before it's too late.
Destroy All Monsters: From their lunar outpost, alien forces wreak havoc by simultaneously setting free all the monsters of yore, from Godzilla to Ghidrah. Only the United Nations Starship Moonlight SY3 can save the citizens of Earth from utter chaos and imminent trampling.
