Universal Studios Home Entertainment is releasing filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock's
Vertigo (1958), starring James Stewart, Kim Novak, Barbara Bel Geddes, Tom Helmore, Henry Jones and Raymond Bailey. Previously available as part of the
Alfred Hitchcock: Masterpiece Collection, the single-disc release of the classic psychological thriller arrives on Blu-ray on June 3rd.
Synopsis: A retired San Francisco detective (Stewart) suffering from acrophobia investigates the strange activities of an old friend's much-younger wife (Novak), all the while becoming dangerously obsessed with her.
The Blu-ray edition of
Vertigo features a 1080p video presentation, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround track, and several extras:
