Amazon Blu-ray Deal of the Week: The Terminator Anthology (Expired)

Amazon's Blu-ray Deal of the Week affects Warner Home Entertainment's The Terminator Anthology. Through March 8th, Amazon is offering this set for a 50% discount from its MSRP of $49.99.

This iconic sci-fi series uses the brutal war between sentient cyborgs and humanity for its backdrop; after John Connor (played throughout the series by Edward Furlong, Nick Stahl, and Christian Bale, among others), the leader of the humans, gets the upper hand, the machines send a Terminator (played at different points by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robert Patrick, and Kristanna Loken) back into the past to eradicate Connor and his family before he can mature into the hero of the resistance.

So far, the series includes:

• The Terminator (1984)
• Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
• Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
• Terminator Salvation (2009)

The five-disc package features a plethora of behind-the-scenes documentaries and cast/crew interviews, audio commentaries on selected films, as well as extended cuts for both Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Terminator Salvation.
