Olive Films has revealed that it will add two titles to its Blu-ray catalog in May: William K. Howard's
Johnny Come Lately (1943), starring James Cagney, Grace George, Marjorie Main, and Hattie McDaniel, David Miller's
Love Happy (1949), starring the Marx Brothers, Marilyn Monroe, Raymond Burr, Ilona Massey, and Vera-Ellen. The two releases will be available for purchase on May 6th.
Johnny Come Lately
An ex-newspaper man is saved from a vagrancy rap by the elderly editor of a failing paper. The two band together to expose political corruption through the written word, disregarding threats from a rival paper man. Nominated for Oscar Award for Best Scoring of a Dramatic or Comedy Picture.

Harpo is a true patron of the arts, taking from the rich to help feed a group of poor actors who are struggling to open a new musical without financial backers. When he steals a tin of sardines from a classy Fifth Avenue market (hot delicacies in the front - hot diamonds in the back!), he unknowingly makes off with the missing Romanoff diamonds, smuggled into the country by a sinful yet scintillating jewel thief. She traces the tin back to the theater where she backs the show, hoping to recover the diamonds...and nearly brings the house down in a madcap race to retrieve the jewels on opening night!
