British distributors Artificial Eye have sent us the official UK trailer for Danish director Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac Volume I & II (2013), starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgard, Shia LaBeouf, Uma Thurman and Jamie Bell. Nymphomaniac Volume 1 & II will be screened back-to-back only on Saturday 22 in cinemas across the nation.
Official synopsis: Nymphomaniac is the highly anticipated new film from the legendary and controversial director Lars von Trier. Operatic in emotional scope, and novelistic in structure spanning eight chapters - Nymphomaniac is a sexually-charged odyssey told in double bill format across two volumes.
Broadcast to cinemas nationwide from Curzon Chelsea in London, members of the cast will be introducing the two volumes of the film - and will then take part in a special on-stage Q&A following the film. Watch the film alongside thousands of cinema-goers nationwide and join in the on-stage interview via social media wherever you are in the country in a one-night only unmissable experience.
