Voltage Pictures has released a brand new trailer for acclaimed director Terry Gilliam's latest film The Zero Theorem (2013), starring Christoph Waltz, Mélanie Thierry, Peter Stormare, David Thewlis, Tilda Swinton, Matt Damon, and Lucas Hedges. Last year, the film won Future Film Festival Digital Award (Special Mention) at the Venice Film Festival.
Currently, The Zero Theorem is set to open in theaters across the United Kingdom on March 14th. In the United States, the film does not yet have a distributor.
Official synopsis: An eccentric and reclusive computer genius plagued with existential angst works on a mysterious project aimed at discovering the purpose of existence - or the lack thereof -once and for all. However, it is only once he experiences the power of love and desire that he is able to understand his very reason for being.
