Scream Factory, the horror-thriller offshoot of independent film distributor Shout Factory, has revealed that it plans to add a number of titles to its impressive Blu-ray catalog. Many of them have now been dated.
Below is a list with the pre-announced and officially announced upcoming Blu-ray releases:
Nosferatu the Vampyre
Werner Herzog's remake of F.W. Murnau's classic gothic horror
Nosferatu (1922). Estate agent Jonathan Harker (Bruno Ganz) arrives at Count Dracula (Klaus Kinski)'s castle in Transylvania to complete the sale of a property in Wismar. Despite having been warned that the Count is a vampire, Jonathan remains skeptical. His haunting stay at the castle rids him of any doubt, however, and in an attempt to escape he injures himself and ends up in hospital. Meanwhile, Dracula moves to Wismar where he preys on Jonathan's wife Lucy (Isabelle Adjani)...Street date: May 20th.
Evilspeak
At an American army base, a young cadet is subject to endless bullying. After discovering a black magic book in a secret temple beneath the base, he decides to gain revenge on his tormentors by using its dark secrets. Featuring Clint Howard, brother of Ron, star of TV's 'Gentle Ben', and the voice of Roo in the Disney 'Winnie the Poo' cartoons. Street date: May 13th.
Final Exam
At Lanier College, the semester is almost over. Exam week is coming to a close when some upper classmen play a prank by staging a phony terrorist attack. But the next excitement in the school won't be a prank. It's something a lot more final than an exam. Students are falling prey to the knife-wielding maniac hell bent on making sure that school is out... forever. Street date: May 13th.
Beneath
When a group of young friends commemorating their high school graduation take a trip to the remote Black Lake, their celebration turns into a nightmare with the sudden appearance of a bloodthirsty, underwater predator. Stuck in a leaking boat with no oars, the teens face the ultimate tests of friendship and sacrifice during a terror-stricken fight for survival. Street date: March 25th.
Dog Soldiers
On manoeuvres with their squad in the Scottish Highlands, soliders Cooper (Kevin McKidd) and Wells (Sean Pertwee) come across the ravaged remains of another military unit. The only survivor, Ryan, is badly injured and unable to explain clearly what happened; nevertheless the men get a pretty good idea when night falls and they themselves are attacked by unidentifiable wild beasts. Finding refuge with a family in a nearby house, the owner tells them about werewolves who hunt in the area, and the soldiers begin to dig in, preparing for a big fight. Meanwhile, Ryan begins to undergo some unexpected changes...Street date: June 2014.
Ginger Snaps
Ginger (Katharine Isabelle) and Brigitte (Emily Perkins) are two teenage sisters fed up with the routine of high school, dating and parents. They long for something which would bring a little excitement into their lives, but when Ginger is attacked by a werewolf it's maybe a little too much, too soon. Over the following months, Ginger undergoes some surprising physical and psychological transformations. Brigitte does her best to fight against the changes and win her sister back, but with Ginger having now infected her boyfriend Jason (Jesse Moss), it seems that she might be fighting a losing battle. Street date: July 2014.
Deadly Eyes

Nightbreed: The Cabal Cut
A community of mutant outcasts of varying types and abilities attempts to escape the attention of a psychotic serial killer and redneck vigilantes with the help of a brooding young man who discovers them. Based on the Clive Barker's novel "Cabal". Street date: Fall 2014.
Phantom of the Paradise
Brian De Palma's glam rock version of the famous Phantom of the Opera story stars singer-songwriter Paul Williams as Swan, a music business tycoon who steals the work of talented composer Winslow Leach (Finley), along with his girlfriend Phoenix (Harper). Leach plans to get revenge, but his plans soon go horribly wrong and he ends up with a terrible facial disfigurement. Assuming a mask to hide his injuries and his identity, Leach's next move is to sign a pact with a Swan to write a rock opera version of 'Faust'. Street date: Late summer 2014.
