VIZ Media and Warner Bros. have announced the Blu-ray release of
Berserk: The Golden Age Arc III - The Advent, the next installment in Studio 4°C and director Toshiyuki Kubooka's adaptation of Kentaro Miura's original
Berserk manga.
The Advent follows
Arc I - The Egg of the King and
Arc II - The Battle for Doldrey, and streets on April 15th.
Official Synopsis: It's been a year since Griffith's imprisonment by the Kingdom of Midland. Once praised as the saviors of the Midland, The Band of the Hawk has been on the run and is on the brink of breaking apart. Much to everyone's surprise, Guts returns to the Hawks and the search for Griffith begins.
The Blu-ray release of
The Advent features both a Japanese and English-language DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround track. Extras include Outtakes and Event Features.
