Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the thriller '
Vantage Point' to Blu-ray on July 1st, day-and-date with the DVD release. Video will be presented in 2.40:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack. Extras include audio commentary with the director, the featurettes "Coordinating Chaos" and "Writing the Assasination of a President", interviews with the cast and crew, outtakes, and a conversation with Eduardo Noriega.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray release will be a "Vantage View: GPS Tracker" BD-J extra. This feature will allow the viewer to track the movement of each of the characters in a picture-in-picture window throughout the entire feature.
