Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of director Courtney Solomon's
The Getaway (2013), starring Ethan Hawke, Selena Gomez, Rebecca Budig and Jon Voight. The high-speed action thriller is set to arrive on Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet digital copy combo pack on November 26th.
Synopsis: Former race car driver Brent Magna (Hawke) is pitted against the clock in a do-or-die mission behind the wheel, desperately trying to save the life of his kidnapped wife, Leanne (Budig). To get her back, Brent commandeers a custom Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake at the command of the mysterious villain (Voight), taking it and its unwitting owner, a young hacker nicknamed The Kid (Gomez), on a high-speed race against time. However, Brent's every move is being watched through cameras mounted on the car.
