The Croods Officially Announced

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will bring to Blu-ray DreamWorks Animation's The Croods, featuring the voices of Nicholas Cage, Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone. 2D and 3D Blu-ray editions of the film will be available for purchase online and in stores across the United States on October 1.

The Croods is a prehistoric comedy adventure that follows the world's first family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has always shielded them from danger is destroyed. Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures -- and their outlook is changed forever.
