Relativity Media has released a new trailer for director Carlo Carlei's adaptation of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet (2013), starring Hailee Steinfeld, Douglas Booth, Paul Giamatti, Ed Westwick, Stellan Skarsgård, Laura Morante, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Natascha McElhone. The film, which is based on a script by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey), is set to arrive in theaters across the United States on October 11th.
In 1996, Australian filmmaker Baz Luhrmann also adapted Shakespeare's famous play for the big screen. The film is already out on Blu-ray in the United States, courtesy of 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. See our listing and review of this release here.
