Madacy Entertainment in conjunction with The Weather Channel have announced that they will bring '
Epic Conditions' to Blu-ray on May 13th. The two disc release will feature all 15 episodes of the series in stunning high definition. Extra features include 10 episodes of the The Weather Channel's "Weather Ventures" program.
As of press time, the Blu-ray release is expected to be released a few months before the DVD release, which is currently on schedule for an August 5th release. In a true display of Blu-ray's storage capability, the DVD release will require five discs to hold all the content in standard definition, where as the Blu-ray release will only require two discs, and feature the 575 minutes of content in high definition.
