Lionsgate Films UK has released the official full trailer for director Jon S. Baird's latest project, Filth (2013), starring James McAvoy, Imogen Poots, and Jamie Bell. The film is set to open in Scotland on September 27th and everywhere else in the United Kingdom on October 4th.
Filth is based on the novel by Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting, The Acid House, The Magnificent Eleven).
Official synopsis: A bipolar bigoted junkie cop manipulates and hallucinates his way through the festive season in a bid to secure promotion and win back his wife and daughter.
