BBC Home Entertainment has announced that they are bringing '
Robin Hood: Season One' to Blu-ray on July 29th. For the first season of the popular UK drama, video will be presented as 1080p VC-1 and accompanied a by Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack. The 13 episodes will be spread over four BD-25s. No extra features have been announced at this time.
The second season debuts on BBC America on April 26th, and will make its DVD debut on the same day as the Season 1 Blu-ray release. No word on when fans can expect 'Robin Hood: Season 2' to be released in high definition.
