A New York judge has determined that Paramount owns the U.S. rights to Italian director Federico Fellini's legendary film
La Dolce Vita. Paramount was involved in a legal battle with International Media Films, which had previously released the film on DVD.
Paramount was ruled the winner on Wednesday by a California federal court.
La Dolce Vita was initially set to arrive on Blu-ray sometime in 2012, but because of the legal dispute between Paramount and International Media Film the release never came to exist.
Currently,
La Dolce Vita is available on Blu-ray in Spain (see
