Collection: Upgrade to Blu-ray

Upon request we have added an "Upgrade to Blu-ray" function for collectors. If you have a
DVD collection you can now click "Upgrade to Blu-ray" and it will display all titles you own
on DVD, but not on Blu-ray. This also works on bundles.
