Lionsgate Films has revealed that it plans to bring to Blu-ray the first season of NBC's TV series Hannibal: Season One, starring Mads Mikkelsen (A Royal Affair, The Hunt), Hugh Dancy (Black Hawk Down), Laurence Fishburne (King of New York, The Matrix), Caroline Dhavernas (Devil), and Lara Jean Chorostecki. The release is expected to arrive on the market later this year.
Official synopsis: Explores the early relationship between the renowned psychiatrist and his patient, a young FBI criminal profiler, who is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers.
