Lorenzo di Bonaventura's di Bonaventura Pictures and South Korean juggernaut CJ Entertainment have teamed up with Lotus Entertainment and Silver Reel to produce an English-language remake of acclaimed director Park Chan-wook's bloody thriller
Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002).
Broken City writer Brian Tucker will be in charge with the script.
A remake of Park Chan-wook's
Oldboy directed by Spike Lee is already set to arrive in U.S. theaters on October 11th. FilmDistgrict is distributing the remake (see news announcement
