Celestial Pictures Announces First Blu-ray Title

Celestial Pictures, a distributor of Asian cinema, has announced that they will release the 1984 romantic-comedy 'Behind the Yellow Line' for Blu-ray on April 1st. No specs have been announced at this time. Special features are also yet to be announced, but expect similar offerings as found on the current DVD, which includes behind-the-scenes footage, trailers, color stills, original poster, production notes, and info about the cast and crew.

Celestial is a major distributor of Shaw Brothers' films, and has spent much time and money remastering all a majority of the films from that expansive collection. While their DVD releases have all been regionally coded, no word on if this release, the first Blu-ray release from the company, will be regionally coded or not.
