Scream Factory, the horror-thriller offshoot of independent film distributor Shout Factory, has revealed that it is planning to bring to Blu-ray director John Carpenter's
Prince of Darkness (1987), starring Donald Pleasence, Jameson Parker, and Victor Wong. The release is expected to arrive on the market later this year.
A group of graduate students and scientists uncover an ancient canister in an abandoned church, but when they open the container, they inadvertently unleash a strange liquid and an evil force on all humanity.
