20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will release on Blu-ray directo Rouben Mamoulian's classic film
Blood and Sand (1941), starring Tyrone Power, Linda Darnell, and Rita Hayworth. The release will be available for purchase on July 9th.
Juan Gallardo (Power) returns home to claim the hand of his childhood love and continue his rise toward becoming Spain's greatest matador. But when he catches the eye of a beautiful seductress (Hayworth), Juan will learn that the battles that matter most are fought outside the ring. Winner of Oscar Award for Best Cinematography in 1942 (Ernest Palmer, Ray Rennahan).
