Phoenix Entertainment has announced that they will bring '
Naked Beneath the Water' to Blu-ray on March 25th. Video will presented as 1080p AVC that will be accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby Digital soundtrack. Extras include audio commentary with Sean Cain, the documentary "Big Explosion", a blooper reel, and an alternate ending. Exclusive to the Blu-ray release will be additional deleted and extended scenes.
Originally, Phoenix Entertainment had scheduled multiple HD DVD releases late last year. With the end of the HD DVD format, Phoenix decided to cancel these planned releases, which never made it to stores, and concentrate all high definition effort on Blu-ray.
While additional titles from the distributor haven't been revealed at this time, their film 'The Lawless' was originally announced for HD DVD and would most likely be the next film released by Phoenix.
