Cinedigm Entertainment Group has released a trailer for Geoffrey Fletcher's directorial debut Violet & Daisy, starring Cody Horn, Saoirse Ronan, Alexis Bledel, James Gandolfini, and Danny Trejo. The film is expected to open in theaters across the U.S. in June.
In 2010, Geoffrey Fletcher won Oscar Award for Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay (Lee Daniels' Precious).
Synopsis: Violet & Daisy is the story of Daisy (Ronan) and her surreal and violent journey through New York City. With her volatile partner-in-crime Violet (Bledel) the two young assassins face a series of opponents, including one unusually mysterious man (Gandolfini), in a life-altering encounter.
