Jury Members For 66th Cannes Film Festival Revealed

The Cannes Film Festival organizers announced today the final jury members that will join president Steven Spielberg. They are: Life of Pi director Ang Lee, Japanese director Naomi Kawase and Morvern Callar director Lynne Ramsay, Django Unchained's Christoph Waltz, MR 73 star Daniel Auteuil, Bollywood star Vidya Balan, Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, and 4 Months, 3 Weeks And 2 Days director Cristian Mungiu.

Director Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby will open the event on May 15. Jerome Salle's thriller Zulu will close the festival on May 26. Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring will be the first film to be screened in the Un Certain Regard section.

In the Cannes Classics section, this year the festival's organizers will also screen a new restoration of one of cinema's greatest masterpieces, Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo. The special event will be attended by one of the film's stars, actress Kim Novak.
