Zulu, a neo-noir political thriller set in Cape Town, will close the 66th edition of the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. The film is based on the best-seller by Caryl Férey and is directed by French helmer Jerome Salle. It stars Orlando Bloom, Forest Whitaker, and Tanya van Graan.

Amélie) will host the opening ceremony.
Australian director Baz Luhrmann's
The Great Gatsby will open the Cannes Film Festival. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, and Joel Edgerton.
