Lionsgate Films UK has released a trailer for director Jon S. Baird's latest project, Filth (2013), starring James McAvoy (X-Men: First Class), Imogen Poots (28 Weeks Later), and Jamie Bell ( Nymphomaniac). The film is currently set to have its UK premiere in September.
Filth is based on the novel by Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting, The Acid House, The Magnificent Eleven).
Official synopsis: A bipolar bigoted junkie cop, manipulates and hallucinates his way through the festive season in a bid to secure promotion and win back his wife and daughter.
