Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema have issued a new trailer for director James Wan's The Conjuring, starring Vera Farmiga (Up in the Air), Patrick Wilson (Insidious), Ron Livingston (Office Space) and Lili Taylor (Being Flynn). The true-case horror film arrives in theaters across the U.S. on July 19th.
Synopsis: Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville. Based on a true story, The Conjuring tells the horrifying tale of Ed and Lorraine Warren (Wilson and Farmiga), world-renowned paranormal investigators who were called upon to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse. Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.
The Conjuring also stars Joey King, Shanley Caswell, Haley McFarland, Mackenzie Foy, Kyla Deaver and Sterling Jerins, from a script by Chad and Carey W. Hayes.
