Paramount Home Media Distribution has officially announced that it will release Blu-ray/DVD and three-disc 3D/Blu-ray/DVD combo packs of Tommy Wirkola's Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013), starring Jeremy Renner, Gemma Arterton, and Peter Stormare. The two combo packs will be available for purchase on June 11th.
After getting a taste for blood as children, Hansel (Renner) and Gretel (Arterton) have become the ultimate vigilantes, hell bent on retribution. Now, unbeknownst to them, Hansel and Gretel have become the hunted, and must face an evil far greater than witches...their past.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters will be available in both its original theatrical version and an unrated version with never-before-seen footage that was too intense for theaters.
