The Weinstein Company has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to Olivier Dahan's Grace of Monaco (2013). The film, which chronicles the life of Hollywood star Grace Kelly, stars Nicole Kidman, Milo Ventimiglia, Tim Roth, Paz Vega, Parker Posey, Frank Langella, and Jeanne Balibar.
The Weinstein Company will have a limited theatrical run for Grace of Monaco in December.
Note: Olivier Dahan also directed La mome a.k.a La vie en rose, which chronicles the life of legendary French singer Édith Piaf. Marion Cotillard, who played the iconic singer in the film, won an Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.
