We are happy to announce the addition of push notifications to our
iPhone
App for price trackings. This means that when you have installed our iPhone App and
are using price tracking for Blu-ray/DVD/games etc on our site, you will get an automatic
notification in your mobile when the price drops to your target price.
Update
An update to the
Android App has been made available, adding price alert notification functionality. This feature has been made possible by using the Google Cloud Messaging service. This service is available for devices with Android 2.2 or higher. If you have Android version less than 4.0.4 you also need to enable a Google account in your device for this to work. In the settings view in the App, you can find out the Google Cloud Messaging status. If it says Registered everything should be ok and you should be able to receive notifications. If it says something else you may need to take action, such as setting up a Google account.
Price tracking management in the App will be added in a later version.
