4 Hours of Downtime

This morning we applied some new server firmware which required a reboot and 5-10
minutes of expected downtime/rebooting time. However, the server did not come back
online automatically. After some investigation into the problem and some delays we
discovered that it was simply because of a device changing ID number, which in turn
required manual attention to proceed with the reboot properly. Updating the ID number
and rebooting again solved this issue.
We apologize about the unexpectedly long downtime.
