Independent British distributors Third Window Films have revealed plans to bring to Blu-ray a number of films in 2013. Some, such as
The Woodsman and the Rain and
Vulgaria, were already announced, but there are some exciting new additions.
January 28th - Shûichi Okita's
The Woodsman and the Rain (2011), starring starring Kôji Yakusho, Shun Oguri and Tsutomu Yamazaki.
April 15th - Pang Ho-Cheung's
Vulgaria (2012), starring Chapman To, Ronald Cheng and Dada Chan
April 29th - Takashi Miike's
For Love's Sake (2012), starring Satoshi Tsumabuki, Sakura Andô and Yo Hitoto.
Summer -
Bullet Ballet and
Tokyo Fist (remastered from the original negatives by director Shinya Tsukamoto himself).
