Zombieland: Double Tap 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

Zombieland: Double Tap's SteelBook is not entirely slick and glossy but it's not entirely matte. It'll fingerprint but not egregiously so. The front
cover, the background a foreboding gray color with lighter highlights center, depicts the film's title center, curved around a giant "2" made out of
rounded
roads and various buildings and skyscrapers, some of which are on fire. The rear panel features a similar gray background. A circle formed by more
structures and other items from the movie appears center, and on and within the circle are several character renderings. The core four appear largest,
clockwise from 12:00: Wichita, Columbus, Little Rock, and Tallahassee. New characters Nevada, Berkley, and Madison are also included along the
bottom. The spine is a
dark gray color with light transitions in tone. The film's title appears in dark orange block letters, center. A Sony logo appears at the bottom.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features the best part of the SteelBook's artwork: a comic book style rendering
of the monster truck from the film plowing over a bunch of enflamed zombies. A deep blood red sky dominates the background, and on the left one can
see the U.S. Capitol building going up in flames.

Zombieland: Double Tap 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

Zombieland: Double Tap's SteelBook is much like the movie: familiar yet somewhat uninspired. The outside artwork is decent, the layout is
fine, the inner print is
actually really cool, and it pairs nicely with the original film's SteelBook presentation. It's a perfect fit, but it's perfectly just sort
of there. The on-disc content is terrific and fans will love it.
