To Kill a Mockingbird 4K Blu-ray Movie Review
Reviewed by Martin Liebman October 18, 2022
Universal has released a UHD special edition of the classic 1962 film 'To Kill a Mockingbird.' The disc and digital content is identical to that found in
the wide release. This edition includes a few extra physical goodies. See the 'Special
Features and Extras' section of the review below for mor eon what's included.

To Kill a Mockingbird 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

This special edition UHD release of To Kill a Mockingbird includes the wide-release UHD set as linked above. There are several additional
goodies inside, all of which are about the same height and width of the UHD case. The highlight is a full color glossy booklet that is not really "titled"
per se; it simply repurposes the title as it appears on the Blu-ray case proper with Peck's name and the 60th Anniversary text. Inside are
several brief essay and letters, script excerpts, storyboards, newspaper clippings, photos from the shoot, and much more. It's a fine little companion
piece to the film that fans will enjoy perusing. Also included are four glossy heavy card stock cards with promo posters for the film on the front in
English, Belgian, and German. Also included is a "film cell" with the corresponding image on the heavy card into which it has been affixed. This is a fine
little set. It's not substantial, but fans should find it to be worth the few extra dollars to pick it up.

To Kill a Mockingbird 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

This is not a special edition to stand above the rest, but the few little goodies will please fans. It's worth a few extra dollars over the standard issue. The
film is, of course, legendary and the UHD is wonderful in every regard. This release earns my highest recommendation.
