Overview

The Return of the Whistler (1948)

A soon-to-be married couple, Ted and Alice get stuck in a small town and must spend the night - her in a hotel, him at the garage waiting for his car to be fixed. When Ted returns to the hotel, Alice is gone, seemingly having run away. When Ted and a detective start delving into the case, Ted discovers a story involving deception, Alice's ex-husband and a family fortune. The eighth in the Whistler film series.
