The Newsroom: The Complete Second Season (2013)
All nine episodes from the second season of the HBO show. The behind-the-scenes drama takes a look at a cable-news programme at the fictional ACN network, focusing on acerbic anchor Will McAvoy, executive producer MacKenzie McHale, and their newsroom staff. While covering various news stories the staff also deal with issues in their personal lives. In this season, Will has to deal with leaked information and false tip-offs, and associate producer Maggie makes a trip to Uganda. The team also cover the run-up to, and the night of the 2012 election.
