Mill Creek has released 'The Karate Kid: Part III' and 'The Next Karate Kid' to Blu-ray. At this time this bundle is the only way to own both films from Mill Creek. Sony previously released these films ('The Karate Kid: Part III,' 'The Next Karate Kid') as part of the controversial 'Choice Collection.' Those burned discs offer vastly superior picture and sound. Neither Sony nor Mill Creek offer any meaningful extras.

Broken down into the simplest terms, Mill Creek's bundle offers fans the opportunity to own both of these films on Blu-ray for about 1/5 of the cost of what it would take to buy them individually from Sony. The tradeoff comes in picture and sound quality, both of which, and the former in particular, are vastly superior on the more expensive option.
