The Adventures of Tyrano Boy is an entertaining and moving animated feature-film in the Heart and Yummie anime film series. The 2015 film is a wonderful film in the same world of the first film. The feature has impressive animation produced by MediaCastle (Sayonara, Tyranno). Distributed by Tokyo Theatres, The Adventures of Tyrano Boy is now available on home media in North America by Discotek Media. Created by Tatsuya Miyanishi, The Adventures of Tyrano Boy is an engaging anime with quality voice-performances by Junko Takeuchi, Kappei Yamaguchi, Kengo Takanashi, Marina Watanabe, and Miyuki Satō.

Toron (Junko Takeuchi) is a young boy dinosaur in a world brimming with a sense of adventure and endless fun. Toron finds himself exploring the beautiful outdoor terrain as a dinosaur and finds a abundance of magic in the air! The dinosaur accidentally winds up in water and is carried downstream. Awakening from a slumber, Toron has lost their memory of their life as a dinosaur!

Even while dealing with memory loss, Toron learns to move forward in life and to be reminded of all the wonderful things going on in the world. Exploring the world as a dinosaur, Toron has a whole bevy of adventures to go on and things to learn anew. A romp of dino-tastic proportions!

The animation is beautiful in the production. The animation has so many wonderful and creative art elements. The animation style is superb in the production. The background animation is one of the engaging aspects of the film. The colorful background illustrations help to give the canvas a more involving scope and sense of scale. The dinosaurs look outstanding in the film. Fans of dinosaurs certainly will enjoy the animation in the production.

The action is an essential element of the feature-film. There are some fun action sequences in The Adventures of Tyrano Boy. Though the first Heart and Yummie also has some entertaining action sequences, The Adventures of Tyrano Boy ups the ante with even more entertaining action. The entertaining action-packed sequences are a fun part of the experience.

Written by Hisao Masuda and Tatsuya Miyanishi (the original creator of Heart and Yummie), The Adventures of Tyrano Boy is a charming film with plenty of heart and fun characters. The film is entertaining and the characters are well written. The script is engaging.

Directed by Gong-Sook Choe and Kazumi Nonaka (Happy Happy Clover, Mameushi-kun), The Adventures of Tyrano Boy is a must-see for dinosaur enthusiasts. There is a lot to appreciate about the film and its dinosaur action. The directors bring forth an entertaining dino spectacle with good entertainment in spades.
