Terrifier 3 4K Collector's Edition Blu-ray Movie Review
Joy to the world, another Steelbook comes...
Reviewed by Kenneth Brown December 26, 2024
Cineverse has also released a UHD/Blu-ray edition SteelBook packaging variant for 'Terrifier 3.' The disc and
content is identical to that found in the 4K wide release.
See the 'Special
Features and Extras' section of the review below for
more on the SteelBook's appearance and feel.

Art the Clown is back. Having been resurrected after his death at the heads of Sienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera), Art (David Howard Thornton) and the
possessed incarnation of the Little Pale Girl (Samantha Scaffidi) settle in for a long winter nap -- a five-year winter nap actually -- to recharge for
his next killing spree. Meanwhile, Sienna is discharged from a mental health facility and goes to stay with her aunt Jess (Margaret Anne Florence),
uncle Greg (Bryce Johnson), and younger cousin Gabbie (Antonella Rose), who's been kept in the dark about why her aunt was away for so long.
(Younger brother Jonathan, played by Elliott Fullam, is away at college.) Sienna experiences numerous flashbacks and hallucinations, making her
initially doubt a sighting of Art, awakened after a pair of construction workers stumble across his body in a building being prepped for demolition.
And wouldn't ya know it? He's awake just in time to wreak havoc on Jolly Ol' Saint Nick.

Terrifier 3 4K Collector's Edition Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

Terrifier 3's SteelBook is semi-glossy but doesn't show much fingerprinting, though it does easily show any and every tiny nick and scratch
that it may collect along its dark edges. (Mine came scuffed so I can attest to the visibility of any wear-n-tear.) Inside the front cover is a stylin'
photo of dear old Art the Clown (covered in credits, which is a tad unsightly), while the inside rear cover art sports a much-too-unsightly photo of the
Little Pale Girl. The outer back cover features a photo of Art in his classic outfit, with a spatter of bright blood-red at the top right corner. The spine is
darkly colored with the film's white and red title prominently displayed. Two discs overlap one another, 4K and BD, but there's not much to note there
other than placement.

border on the front is a picture of Optimus, facing forward, with a light-emanigting circle center chest where the Matrix goes, with a handful of
character shadows walking forward in it. The film's title appears bottom center, with the size emphasis on the word "One." The rear panel features a
V-shaped depiction of the four main characters from the film after they receive the ability to transform. Their vehicle forms are seen along the
bottom.
The spine is black with the film's title center in the same style as the front. A Paramount logo in the same color appears at the top.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features four characters standing in front of a large sun. Form left to right:
D-16, B-127, Elita-1, and Orion Pax.

Terrifier 3 4K Collector's Edition Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

Steelbook collectors will certainly enjoy the minimalistic look of the Terrifier 3 SB, not to mention the film's excellent AV presentation. There
isn't much in the way of extras in this quote-unquote Collector's Edition unfortunately, but so it goes.
